the hotel was also close to a nearby lake and had a stunning front garden view. Our room was spacious, well-lit, and had comfortable futons. We appreciated the traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast and had a relaxing time in the indoor and outdoor hot springs. we were impressed with the attentive and friendly service from the staff.
The thin walls caused us to hear some noise from the corridor, which disrupted our overall peaceful stay.

We had a romantic escape at this traditional Japanese inn and it was a great experience! The room was cozy with lovely tatami floors and comfortable futons. The best aspect was definitely the private onsen attached to the inn. It was so relaxing to soak in the natural hot spring water in our own private tub. We also loved the delicious traditional Japanese meals offered during our stay. Lastly, the inn was located in a peaceful area with beautiful surroundings, perfect for a romantic getaway.
The lack of elevators in the inn, which made carrying our luggage up and down the stairs a bit tiring. However, it is understandable as it is a traditional ryokan.
